Good service, but the delivery of the "salad" ? The salad was mostly iceberg lettuce, wilted and it looked and tasted like it... was leftover from a previous day. My "Chicken Parmigiana" was actually a "chicken fried steak" covered with a tomato sauce. Notgood! Read more
My boo & I went during lunch hour! Had an appetizer. We choose our main course from the lunch special I got the ???? scampi & he... got ???? with meatballs. I tried the ???? tea was so delicious. Friendly staff, fast service, and the restaurant is clean! You should request the servers Candy & Gabby, they were so amazing... and accommodating for our CRAZY 10 top! I always get the 5 cheese ziti and the endless salad + breadsticks ????You can’t gowrong! And the sangria drinks are always a good choice. Read more
yuma Arizona is not what it used to be. You actually have many good options for dining… Olive Garden is not one of them. Of... course there are many families and it was very very busy but the help was hopelessly preoccupied and unattentive and thewaitress spread far too thin. In addition, they still have the point-of-sale machine for "some" of the food to be ordered andpaid for at the table - in addition to your order being taken by a waitress. This resulted in our appetizers (point of sale ontable) arriving substantially later than our dinners. We also waited 30 minutes at the bar next to the hostess table withoutever being called for our table… And then they tried to deny that they missed calling us Even though we were seated literallywithin 2 feet of the hostess stand at the bar. The food was mediocre at best, although I will say that the soups were all verygood. That said, I will never be back. I would give it one star if it weren't for the soup...so i gave it two stars; especiallysince the soup is "all you can eat". The salad was skippable but also all you can eat. Read more
I haven't been to an Olive Garden for years. Went with a group of friends and family today and we had a great experience. Karla... is amazing great service with a smile all the time. Manager was also right on top of all operations at the restaurant. Food wasfresh, hot and plenty of it. You won't go wrong here. Read more
I had not visited this Olive Garden in years because of a really bad experience I had, but I finally gave it another shot. I... loved that I didn't have to wait long to get seated and our waiter went above and beyond. I haven't had such great customerservice in a long time. Definitely made our dinner pleasurable. Nice friendly staff. They didn’t get mad that my 2yr old honked the horn like 25 times while we were waiting. Lol.
