The chicken and beef that we had complained about before was much improved. The rice was a failure was gummy and tasteless.
We always love the food here. But for some reason the broccoli beef was not good. I thought it was just me but my daughter got... it to and said the same thing. I did tell the girl that was walking around cleaning the tables but she just said ok I'll letsomeone know so we just set it to the side and enjoyed the rest of our meal. Read more
Great food as long as you go 2 hours before close. They kinda skimp you on portions anything after the two hour mark. They... aren't too eager too make up a new bach of food if they run out either, but then again can't blame them for wanting to get outof there as soon as they close either. But employees are always smiling and making sure they get you what you order. Just wishif you are in drive thru and they don't have a certain item on the menu you would know before having too wait for the two carsInfront of you and not being able to back up cause you have a car behind you if you know what I mean. I love Panda and eat here often, but tonight was a horrible experience. Extremely long wait time, messed up my order several... times even after I repeated myself over and over, AND the food tasted awful. Teriyaki chicken was soft and tasted bland andundercooked, white rice was hard as a rock, and broccoli beef only had beef (asked nicely if they could put more broccoli thanbeef). The workers who helped me were rude and unprofessional as well. Hopefully next time is a better experience! First time inyears not finishing my food. #Dissapointed #LetDown Read more
It a nice clean Franchise it is actually nicer than the one that introduced me to the chain. In Cleveland, Ohio the staff was... friendly the service was FAST and the FOOD good and tasted the way that it should. Would visit this one again next that I am inYuma. Read more

9/27/17 There was a costumer trying to park in the the parking lot and they hit the concrete stopper. So when the customer try... to back up to see the damage to the vehicle, the concrete stopper came out of the ground and damaged the bottom part of thevehicle. Not one of the employees went out there to help or was even slightly concerned as to what was going on outside in yourown parking lot. The manager was even told about the incident and they did nothing about it! 10/07/17 Revisit: all of the trashcans, both inside and out, were full of trash. During the whole visit not once were any of the trash receptacles taken out! Theemployees were made aware about it not by one, but by five different customers that were eating. There in the whole 45-minutevisit, not once were any of the trash receptacles taken out! Even the manager was aware of the situation and yet they didnothing about it. This is the second time within two weeks at the staff at this establishment cares nothing about the customersor their own store. To make things worse, they never seem to smile or never seem to have a good day when even greeting you orattending to you and your order. Read more
