Called to order pizza and could not understand the person. Was not sure if they got my order right ,so asked to speak to... manager, they hung up. Called back upset found out after going to the location , they have a call center in Miami. Asked formy order and they got it wrong. So I had to order it again and wait for it. Horrible service I see why this location is slow on a nfl Sunday. As u can see in the picture this is the 8 piece cheese... sticks... that they only serve 5. All of which are burnt and in the improper box. Go to the 32nd street pizza hut much betterlocation that less than a mile away Read more
Placed an order in the app and once it said ready I hit the I'm here button. My wife was picking it up and called me 20 minutes... later saying that she was still waiting. I called and after five more minutes of robot's and hold someone finally picked up andthen brought the food out. The food was okay, but at this point it was cold and basically leftovers. Read more
Worst pizza we have ever had from Pizza Hut. Don?t get me wrong I know we are not ordering gourmet pizza but we are ordering... from a large chain that should be pretty decent and close enough to the rest of the chain. We ordered the stuffed crustpepperoni, it was thinner than thin crust pizza, no sauce except right against the crust there was very little. The bonelesshoney bbq chicken wings were hard enough to be inedible, the only thing half way ok was the cheese sticks and the sauce thatcame with them tasted horrible. I don?t know what?s wrong with this location, maybe they are just having a bad day no idea but Ido know I will never order Pizza Hut in Yuma again. This location is just off I-8. Very close to exit like 5 mins drive. The place was nice and clean and the lady at front desk was... very nice to talk to. There was no one in there when we went and then one more family followed, but there were more pick upsthat were coming by. Order was placed immediately and got it pretty fast also. Pizza was nice and tasty as always. Read more
