Reviews for Rolls & Bowls in Yuma, AZ

I am only commenting on the "Rolls" part of Rolls and Bowls since I haven't had any of the amazing looking Mexican food. The... Rolls were a tad pricey but size was sufficient and they offer numerous "Rolls with a twist". Bacon on Sushi is a very Americanthing to do but for many it works. I had the un-deepfriend (which they offered and i thought was awesome) tempura shrimp and acrunchy roll. Quality and taste were spot on if you like an American style sushi roll. The rice used was properly cooked andalmost "sticky" enough (outside of Japan you're never going to get perfect sushi rice) . Very well done especially in Yuma. I'mlooking forward to going back and getting some od their tacos. Read more

Food was delicious. Very wonderful fusion of Japanese and Mexican. The sushi rolls are delicious. Will definitely come here... again. The atmosphere is peaceful. And the art work is very intriguing and fascinating *** Update on their new location*** Foodwas not the same as I remembered . Their presentation went from classy to trashy. I miss the homemade spicy Jalapeño soy sauce. Please go back to your roots. I will check out the other location to see if it is like the one in the foothills. Read more

I take my time experiencing a business before I do my reviews. I have ordered food from this place like 5 times already. My... first order was late for my expectations, but on further orders I realized why. If you are ordering during lunch times, justlook up the wait times on the website while you order. The food was always fresh and delicious. My regular lunch spot now. TheMexican touch to the sushi is a win. Read more

Fast preparation. They were out of beef but had plenty of chicken teriyaki. Very tasty and the rice was a good consistency. ... The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the lack of supplies and that the teriyaki sauce was a little salty. Read more

Review 2 1/27. This place is the biggest rip off. Food portions are never consistent. Chicken bowl are baby portion. (Smaller... than last review below) They used to be bigger portions. The jalapeño poppers are full sized on this order. They have beencutting them in half past few orders. Chicken bowls went up $2 and portion is smaller than my last review below ???????? On topof that they want you to tip them for pick ups. Like every other fast food. Posted picture of the 2. Don?t waste your money on aplace that rips you off. I usually support shop local, not when they take advantage. Sushi is ok Service is slow. 30-45 minjust for a phone order on a regular basis Always run out of jalapeños When they first opened full serving now it?s half Theyhave messed up my order at least 5x since I started going there. Only reason I still go is because I live 25 min from town andtheir jalapeño poppers filled with crab. Yogis is a better and bigger portion for chicken bowls. Read more

Had a relaxing evening with the wife and kid eating here. Ordered gyoza, dragon roll and shrimp California roll and it was... delicious. Place could use a little work on the ambiance (out door music) other than that it was great. Staff was friendly. It'sa new business so give them a shot. You will not regret it Read more
