The food is always pretty good when I've eaten here. They've never messed up our orders, and it always tastes good. Their... employees have always been friendly and prompt. Bonus: there is a small cat colony that lives in the lot next door. Absolutely the worse fast food I've ever had. The order was not correct. Should have check before driving away, but givin the... fact how horrible the food was, maybe it was a blessing. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was not crispy but ratherfried hard as a rock and dry as a bone. The bottom half of the bun was also hard as a rock, either because it was super stale orit had been sitting in a warmer for waaaay too long. The Tater Tots tasted like they had been fried in oil that was way past itsthrow away date. The Tots had a terrible aftertaste. I threw most of the meal away. Needless to say I will never go to Sonicagain. And given the price of food these days, even fast food places need to try harder to get and keep customers. Read more
Ordered 2 five piece chicken strip combos and 1 large popcorn chicken drove to Sonic on Ave b picked up my order went home and... this is what I got...just burnt chicken, no onion rings, no tater tots no toast and all that for 27 dollars and some change. Read more
Food was good but they had problems finding our prepaid order from the app. Had to show them my phone so they could find it.... Also have to go drive thru . The shade cover in the parking stall cuts off phone service. Read more
Stopped over after swimming to get a cool treat. We ordered a rootbeer float & a Sour Patch shake...great summer swim treat.
We went to the drive-thru and their mic ???? worked great. I could hear they and they could hear us. The order was taken down... right the first time and we got everything we wanted. The staff was nice and friendly, and made sure we had our sauces and a fewnapkins. We recommend the Ocean Water and the Blue Raspberry Coconut Cream Slush. Enjoy everybody. ???? Read more
I've just been having nothing but issues as of late every time I've gone to Sonic. Over the last few weeks to like a month or so... I've been hooked on the slushies and blasts that they have but lately every time I've tried to order one it's been like acommunication issue that they haven't been able to hear me. I don't know why but even when I started to raise my voice it wasstill an issue however after today I just left mad. I showed up once again to get a Reese's blast and after pressing the buttonhearing the worker and say "how can I help you" and all that, obviously I said what I wanted but then the communication justshut off and I had no clue what happened. I just sat in my car saying hello hello but nothing. The only thing I saw was thatlittle message that said "the red button has been pressed and somebody will be with you shortly" but after sitting in my car fora little while in this Arizona heat, I just drove away more frustrated and upset. Decided to go for a midnight snack ordered grill cheese one of my favs with extra cheese. Cheese was not melted!! Ended throwing... it in my air fryer ti melt corn dog were not even crunchy and had a funny taste to them. Never again! Read more
