How are you going to have a bag of ice on your sign but nights in a row now not " allowed " to sell bags of ice then not even a... cup of ice. It's lazy is what it is. Super disappointed in the people at Sonic in the past week. Your not busy no one in yourdrive thru ,no one in stalls but can't sell ice. BS. Read more
Happy to report this Sonic is great. I travel a lot and most Sonics flat out suck. This one is awesome. The food taste like... you would expect Sonic to taste. My favorite thing is the drinks. Especially cherry limeade. Also, we had a small issue andthe manager was super helpful and kind and made it right. Read more
Just ordered a Reese's peanut butter shake. Waited 20 minutes and watched 15 cars go through the drive thru. Hit the call button... and asked where my shake was. They brought it out a couple minutes later and it was completely melted, soupy like. I will not becoming back here as they do not take care of their customers. Read more
I love to buy ice bags from Sonic, but this particular day I drove in to the drive thru and asked for 4 bags with ice. The... employee told me that they were not selling ice at this time. I begged him to sell me some ice, but politely refused. I askedhow big were their biggest foam cups and he replied 44oz. Can I have 4 of those full of ice please. And he did not had a problemselling me this. Which was pretty much the same size if a ice bag without a problem. Read more
Tried to order a mini (size) sonic blast with M&Ms. Chica was confused and said medium sonic blast and asked what flavor. I... said no, I want mini and M&M. She argued they didn't have that flavor. I told her I'm looking at it on the menu... andproceeded to read it to her. She finally understood what I wanted and told me they call it a "mini M&M blast". Was it the factI used the name sonic (sonic blast) or that I didn't initially say "mini M&M" that was confusing her? Read more
Chili dogs had very little chili and both ends were left completely uncovered. Strawberry slushy had no real fruit in it. For... now on I'll save my time and money. I'll stay on the interstate bypass this town all together. Read more
A little slow, typical for all Sonics! Ordered a #8 with popcorn chicken and large mozzarella with fresh fruit Lemon slushy.... They did get the order right and the food was not the worst but the one thing I’ve noticed about Sonics (in general) I havebeen to them all over the Country & they all need to change their oil more often.
