I placed my order online. This left much to be desired. The staff doesn't know how to prepare a sub sandwich. The experience was... lack luster. This was not the first time placing an online order. Wanting to take advantage of ease of ordering and eliminatewait and line time was the reason but the outcome was not good. Poor sandwich making such as not toasting the sandwich. Simpleinstructions not being followed. Lack of focus or staff not being able to read not sure if it is one or both. Multiple chanceswith no success. Read more
Bread was soggy. And lettuce was old. 11$ sandwich that was not eatable. Very disappointed ??????
