We have been going toa Wendy's because it usually has the best fries and burgers are good as well. This time the food was cold,... I asked about the sugn in front that stated but one get 1 free. They sold me a Jr bacon cheese burger that was cold with 2little pieces of bacon and a small piece of Lettuce.. nothing else. When we got home and opened everything up I called the siteand let them know that it was the worst we had gotten from there. Little to no response from the manager on the phone. Today , I had horrible service. Just before 5 pm I went inside and ordered my food. I don't know her name but a blond girl there... took like 10 minutes to attend me . I just mov3d here and never seen a , not so busy , Wendy's, take so long. When I ask forassistance they said they'll be with me. I ask again and she quickly offered a manager. Wow . Really. Just because yourunorganized doesn't mean you got to pawn your work off to a manager. I will never go here again. Even though I like the food.I just went to speedway and ate hotdogs. Bye Read more
This place is dirty, especially the kitchen. They don't clean. There is lettuce and chicken on the floor everywhere on the... kitchen floors. All the tables and chairs are dirty. I wiped off tons of salt and crumbs off my own table and seat. The food isokay, it's not as juicy as other Wendy's. Im giving it two stars because it at least is edible and I didn't get sick. Also thecashier lady was having a super long personal conversation with one of the guests for like two minutes, about her life. While iwas staring at them waiting to order. Customer service was alright. Dissatisfaction with no Cola. Also the fact that they had no idea when they would even get more... Cola. The food did taste really delicious. The big chicken sandwich was really delicious. Now you girls/guys definitely know howmake it the best. Your the only place to get a chicken sandwich that looks like the actual photo. Huge plus is that the bunsdon't fall apart nor get soggy. Your French fries are also the best. Every other place they taste raw as if it was rushed tocook. Your fries cooked all the way to perfection. Would of tasted better with a nice cold Coca-Cola. Read more
My wife worked there and manager Maggie is very rude and doesn't give employees enough time for training process to learn .... Expects new employees to get things done fast when it takes a person to know everything they need to know at least one week orless. BAD IN BUSINESS FOR A MANAGER AND TO HUMILIATED A FIRST SECOND DAY OF TRAINING IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER MAKES IT BADCOMMUNICATION SKILLS TOO. Read more
