Sometimes it's A good place and now not only are there barely business when i roll thru there aren't any lobby sitting.
Ordered whopper meal and two rodeo burgers. 16$ really and that would be fine but Noone seems to be knowing what they doing.... Forgot my fries no big deal right Go inside to get them and there are literally 10 ppl doing nothing. I say I need a large fry Ididn't get it in the window. The atmosphere alone made me feel like it was my fault I didn't get my fries. Then I get a smallfry not a large and they was the hardest. This experience was not worth the 16 dollars. And not even close to the first time.Always missing food. One time Order rodeo burgers get beef and BBQ no onion rings like obvious stuff. Baker burger King hasnever messed up my order and they have less ppl. Read more
I have always commented that I have a preference for burger compared to other hamburger businesses, but on this occasion I am... very disappointed with the clerks and the staff in general, bad service, the way in which the customer is addressed is not verycordial, and bad order, I specified how I wanted my order and they did not give it to me as I requested, the bad thing is that Iwas in a hurry and left without checking it, the next day I went to another business in front of burger and it was full, and Iunderstood the reason, (he service in that specific burger king leaves a lot to talk about) I do not make this opinion with theintention of disturbing if not, on the contrary, they can correct the details and do not lose more customers. And I who havealways defended the burger king this time I kept quiet. And from what I'm reading there are other similar comments about thesame business. ? Read more
Burger King in Zachary Louisiana has its reputation for horrible workers and long wait times and the food being ridiculously... unprepared recently I've seen new management at Burger King Zachary and some things have improved but not completely during thenight hours most of the workers will be out and about during their shifts leaving lines at the Burger King and sometimes theburgers that they serve throughout the day will be flooded with catch up and overloaded with lettuce the burgers looked as ifthey were sloppily made. Sometimes the food is on point and other times and most of the time it just isn't. I personally wouldtake my business elsewhere but if you are truly craving a burger feel free to stop by Burger King but don't have your hopes uptoo much I will update this review when I see improvement at Burger King Zachary. Ordered sausage,egg& cheese biscuit two for four dollars.Paid$4.00&tax got no eggs.
Went to drive thru ordered, payed for my order and was asked to pull forward. That was no big deal after about 8-10 minutes an... employee came out and asked why I was sitting there and that they knew nothing about my order. I'm not going to waste my timeagain here. Read more

Their system is always down... you won't catch me ever buying burger king again and especially not in zachary bc their workers... are horrible and they always mess up the order or their missing things in the order... it's ridiculous!!! Get it together burgerking Read more
