This is the best CC's I've been to and we immediately noticed the reason: The owner/manager is there making sure everything is... done right, giving a speedy service and interacting with the customers. She is very kind, professional and she makes sure youget exactly what you want. I've never seen this at any CC's in Baton Rouge. This Zachary location is the one to go to! This coffee house was a nice little gem to find along my travel. Of course, loving coffee as much as I do have a hard time... knocking any coffee house. CC's has a very friendly staff they're willing to help you get your drink the way that you want it.Service was lighting fast which is what every good coffee drinker wants. Read more
Fast and friendly service. The nice young lady that took our order through the drive thru has the softest, sweetest voice so it... was a little hard to hear her but our order was perfect! Ordered a large & small Pumpkin Spice Frappes & was totally disappointed & so was my 87 yr old friend! It had little to no... pumpkin flavor, but a very strong espresso flavor! The espresso is quality espresso! Called & they remade them for us with extrapump of Pumpkin Spice syrup. Still very faint pumpkin taste! But, if your looking for the bold coffee taste, then , this is thedrink for you! They really do have great tasting coffee! Read more

Well guys the CC's in Zachary is officially open even though it doesn't look open at times; that is only because of it's dark... tinted windows. Other than that the store is beautiful and has great service. Read more
I am a CCs coffee shop regular. I pretty much order the same thing daily. In comparison to other CCs shops, the Zachary location... is inconsistent with it?s quality of coffee and service. Sadly, it is a gamble every time you order. I just choose to bypass atthis point and go to another one on the other side of town. Maybe some training and advice from the other locations could helpwith this. Read more
