Ordered a cookies & cream ice cream cake for my son?s birthday. The cake had no cookies in it hardly or on top of the cake. ... When I asked about this, even the young girl said I don?t know what?s going on with the cake makers & we tried to find a cakewith more cookies but they didn?t have any. I was also charged twice for the cake and left message for manager about this, Inever received a call back. The customer service here was not good at all, the quality of the cake was horrible. Don?t waste your time or money. This is the worst location I?ve ever been to. The workers are immature and obviously lack the... necessary training. I ordered a vanilla shake and received a cup of milk. I asked for a sundae and the worker was confused onhow to make it. I?ll never visit this location again. Went in for the first time. The staff is young and lots of playing around behind the counter. That didn't bother me. It's nice... to see young people working. Masks were NOT worn while orders were being prepared. Lots of talking over my ice cream. Whileeating ice cream, I found two hairs in my order. Very concerning. Probably won't be back. Read more
Went to this store for the second time in two months. Ordered a shake as I had on the previous visit and was told they were... ?out of shake mix? ? whatever that means. It?s interesting to note I got the same response the last time I tried to order ashake. Generally a shake is ice cream and milk or am I missing something.
