Long wait in drive thru line inside for app orders only. Biscuits were hard and somewhat stale chicken tasted like it had been... under heat lamp for to long. The one plus the young lady taking orders at the window was polite, friendly and professional. Read more
Today I brought my mother in for lunch just as the lunch crowd was hitting. We dined in. We were greeted promptly and with a... genuine smile from the young lady that was working the counter. She was extremely pleasant and made sure we were appreciated. Wegot 2 classic combos and they piping hot and delicious! When were leaving the same young lady thanked us and wished us a greatday. My Mama took the time to go up to the counter to compliment the food and service. This is not something she does often. Ihave not not always had such an encounter where I get lunch, so I want to take the time to let them know that the way theytreated us and the awesome food was an exceptional pleasure in our day! And I especially appreciate the smile my Mother had onher face and in her heart. To the lady at the counter, thank you for that! Read more
The service nor food wasn't the greatest. There is so much room for improvement at this location. Training is definitely needed... for customer service, product knowledge inside and what's marketed on the drive through sign, and delivery time. Read more
I Just attended The Popeyes in Zachary and They appear to have a change in staff, Of course as usual the line was quite the... wait, but the customer assistance was quite Nice, No issues with that whatsoever... However, when we got to the window toreceive our meal, A Short Young looking White male, Gave us our food, His Body language and attitude appeared to be eitherHeavily Frightened or Anti-Social, Could it have been racially motivated? Maybe. Because after handing us the food he slammedthe drive through window shut with a sense of urgency, Twice. As If he was scared of us, Then I went inside of Popeyes to get adrink and Apparently you cannot Order Inside at the moment they are only taking Drive through or online orders. Meanwhile insideI noticed they were very short staffed, Only 3 people were working. Overall our orders came out ok and the customer service wasa solid 8.9/10. Overall I recommend people attend. But be mindful of your budget because even with 1 coupon we still managed tospend $40.65 on 10 pcs of chicken that were extremely small. Read more
I came by today and waited a minimum of 35 min(I did not mind the wait, I usually wait this long here). Order a mild mixed... chicken with no side and drink and get charged $23.85. They gave me 8 pieces of chicken, 4 pieces of biscuits, and 1 large cajunfries(What I originally ordered was just chicken. Picture below). I did not expect much from a drive-thru. But the service I gotwas HORRIBLE! I ordered through Mrs.Christin. She was having trouble understanding me. I apologize because I know my English isnot fluent. However, I wish you did not have to discriminate against me by laughing at me with your other employees and makingme wait for another 3 minutes just to switch with someone else, disrespecting me the same way three times. I do not recommendanyone to go here because people who work here do not respect their customers. This drive thru is a joke. 45 minutes and it did not move one single car. Walked in to ask why. The employee sitting down eating... informed me that ?they? were short staffed. If you are short staffed then why are you taking a break???? Makes no sense. Mostshifts are usually less than 5 1/2 hours. So no break is required at that point. Maybe hire better management and not so lazystaff. Read more
Had to wait nearly 30 mins to even get my order taken. As soon as we get the chance to pull to the window one of the workers try... to stop us so their ?time? wouldn?t be so bad .. we get to the window and the total was ridiculously off, come to find out ourorder was taken wrong. The chicken pieces they gave us was hot & fresh but all the sides were wrong, so we ended up having to goturn back to the restaurant and get the right sides. Read more
The worker at the window stole my credit card number and tried to use it. Thank goodness my bank notified me right away. The... whole meal I ordered was horribly cooked and tasted like it had been sitting for several days. Awful experience! Read more
