Brought using Doordarshan was horrible. But everytime I pick up my smoothies their great! Great customer service all the time.
I bought smoothies here last Saturday, August 8, using the app. When I went to pick them up, their system was down. Smoothie... King wouldn't give me a refund for the smoothies I never got. Maybe they made them later in the day, I have no way of knowing,but I wouldn't have been able to pick them up. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to retrieve the fundsfor the goods I didn't receive because Smoothie King just kept giving me the runaround. It's probably a rare occurrence, butthey still didn't make it right. So, I'm wary of ordering from here again. Read more

The attitude we received when trying to customize our order to accommodate a life threatening food allergy makes me weary of... trusting the server with something so serious. I?ll be driving to other locations that I know are happy to use an allergy bowland substitute non allergy alternatives in recipes for our Smoothie King fix. Too bad. Zachary would be more convenient but it?snot worth the lip or the risk. Read more
