Honesty the food is solid enough. Cheese curds are good and the floats and freezes are also good. Big glaring problem is you can... almost never get it. Last week stopped in ordered a small freeze...nope blender is broke....ok that's fine. Stop in this week.Order a float....nope can't do that we don't have ice cream. A and W, the company that specializes in rootbeer floats hasneither blenders nor ice cream. I feel bad for the employees because they are the ones that get the flak from customers but thisseems like a franchisee issue. One that needs solved quickly or I dont see it making it much longer. Thete was a long line inside and out. Placed order and waited not too long. Once at window, found out they were very short... staffed and they were busting their buttons. Young lady at window was very friendly and polite, A+ customer service from a busyworker. Food was hot/cold and delicious. Read more

Always super happen to find these still open and not attached to a fish joint. (they are not the same) they were short staffed... and very apologetic for the wait. However. I didn't feel like the wait was long at all. Like I didn't even bring my phone inwith me. And I wasn't even looking for it. Just happily waiting for my tasty deliciousness! And have happy memories. I absolutely LOVE the cheese curds!! They are so yummy!! I bought 3 small A&W glass mugs and 2 big ones for a very reasonable... price!! Their burgers are good. Price is good for the quality and the size is also acceptable for the price. All in all, I?drecommend this place before McDonald?s ???????? Read more
I had to give this restaurant three stars due to the fact it took me over 10 minutes to get my so-called "fast food". The... restaurant itself was fairly clean and the food was definitely on the better side of fast food for this area. True to nature inthis area the staff lacked common courtesy and they were extremely slow. I would probably eat here again because the fishsandwiches were actually good. Read more
Stopped in yesterday to get some lunch. I haven't had A&W in about 15 years. Got the 3 piece chicken tenders. I'd have to say... that was the juiciest chicken I have ever had. Absolutely delicious. I thank you for the great lunch. Read more
