After a very long day up at osu hospital, we stopped at this Arbys to eat. The order taker Trey was fabulous. We used 4... different coupons, trying to save money, and he never seemed bothered by that at all. He came to the window with a smile andbeautiful personality. The food was hot and so good. HUGE HUGE HUGE shout out to TREG at the drive thru window today @ 3:15 pm. He was pleasant and such fun to place our order with... and was comical and patient while we place our order. He even left a note on a napkin of Drive Safe! What AWESOME customerservice skills!!!! And YES the food was just as GREAT!!! Read more
Messed up entire order food was cold and cheese was hard not liquid like it was supposed to have, told the manager and she... blamed me. Not going back to this store other seem to do better but like I said I was blamed for their mess up. Read more
Truck stop Arby's. Prices are a little higher and they don't do the Happy Hour deals. But the workers were polite and quick.

Very unorganized and discourteous. Left inside and used drive through. Much quicker and attentive. It was late, employees were... probably tired. Unfortunately they forgot our jalapeño poppers so we had to go back inside and get them. Read more
Decent place, it's another night at a truckstop. This one happens to have an Arby's. I ordered the farmhouse salad. Most of... the time they are good. This one sucked. Pretty much just all lettuce with a very small sprinkling of turkey a few bits of baconmaybe a reason of cheese a couple small pieces of tomato. Really was lacking in ingredients and volume. Just lackluster anddisappointing and not very filling. I will have to go back and order something else as I am still hungry. Fact of the matterwas I was concerned the salad might be too big as the picture made it look enormous and I had even asked if they had a half sizeversion like at Wendy's.
