Great pretzels! I tried the Sweet Almond and it was delicious.
Pretzels were very tasty! Kids and wife love this place for a great treat. One suggestion... Please tell the employees to be... friendly. Smile and speak kindly to the customers. My wife kindly told an employee she gave her the wrong drink. The young ladydidn't say word... Turned around and got another drink. No sorry, no smile and "here you go, sorry about that." Handed it to herand she was on her way. Smile and speak kindly, please! Common courtesy should not be overlooked. Read more

Employees are amazing, very friendly and patient, food is delicious, and it's always clean :)
Great pretzels made (somewhat) fresh, and more importantly they taste fresh!
I wanted an almond pretzel, was told they didnt have any, friend was going to get a cinnamon pretzel and was told they didnt... have any. Decided to wait 10-15 minutes for our pretzels. The staff got an attitude and said under her breath "they want us tomake both" Sorry i came to a pretzel joint to order a pretzel. Terrible customer service. Read more
I just had the worse experience at the Auntie Anne's in Zanesville, Ohio. I asked for the pretzel sticks, which I had no idea... that they did not sell them anymore, and the response that I got was "we don't sell them anymore." In the most rude voice. ThenI said please and thank you to the cashier and they said nothing to me. I understand that it is a stressful time during theholidays, however there is no reason to treat customers this way..
