Excellent service. Friendly staff. Restrooms very clean. Food was delicious. I got the barbeque boneless wings. Boneless wings... Thursday where you buy one order get one order free. Well worth it. I had a great time. If you like television they have themeverywhere you turn. They also have a few gaming machines. The servers were very helpful and courteous. They had a few customerswhile I was here, but I came in late. So that's expected.i will be back and try it sooner to see how the service is but tonightit was spot on. Sunday, August 28, 2022: worst experience with the worst server ever. I reminded myself why I havent been here for so long lol.... Young, liar, brat server with attitude of entitlement and hurt feelings should not be working in food service industry. Shemessed up such a simple order, didnt like the feedback and retaliates instead of apologizing. Terrible attitude from her thatmade us upset and we returned with attitude. We didnt come here for poor class behaviors from this ridiculous little girl. Shecant get easy orders right. Duh! Manager was nice and told us he would discuss her attitude with her. For every action is areaction. Her actions caused our reaction, she was provoking us. Worst service and server ever! We came in for drinks, wings andtator tots. We got messed up food order and aweful service and attitude from a ridiculous, self entitled little girl server whocannot handle her mistakes. Terrible person, service. We will not be back to this establishment in Zanesville April 2021: Was apleasant dining experience. Tried the street tacos for the first time here and was pleasant surprised. Bar service waswonderful. January 16, 2021 Experience: Service and food has improved. We were in this evening for dinner. We enjoyed the hotserved food and the cold served drinks. Veggies looked good too! My granddaughter was happy and that's very important to me. Server was pleasant and atmosphere was good. Social distancing at the front entrance was not practicing the 6' rule. Groups inbunches huddled and other customers coming in not even 2' behind them. A real cluster for those leaving too. Someone should beassigned in front to enforce the covid rules as other B-Dubs in Columbus do. Great staff at this location, food is always fun n point. Lunch service could be a little quicker. Have waited more than 10-15... minutes between being seated and asked to get a lunch order in on a few occasions and that makes it tough for a lunch whenworking. Read more
Had a great waitress named Christina. Luckily the chicken wing shortage didn't slow us down. Delicious food and great service.
