I arrived here after making a mobile order... Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 8 minutes... Then was told that the... restaurant was closed early, and that they didn't know who, what, or how I could get a refund.. and that it was not theirproblem... Finally got through to mobile support, just to find out that I'd have to wait 5 days for a refund... NEVER eating atBurger King again... EVER!!.. EVER!!.. Take that to my grave ???? Read more

We was just at burger king drive thru on maple Ave.I gave one star because the woman at the second window had an attitude and... acted like it hurt her to hand me the food.and I ordered 2 of the 'double" rodeo burger meals.we got single rodeocheeseburgers.the French fries was hard and cold as well as the chicken fries.we will not be returning to this restaurant ever Read more
The manager saw a crowd come in and left. The cashier would take an order then not help the next customer until that order was... handed out. People were yelling and cussing at each other behind the counter. Was mismanaged beyond control. Read more
HORRIBLE MANAGER ALERT!!!! The manager was very rude and disrespectful because I asked for a different bun on my sandwich. I... can't eat sesame seeds due to Diverticulitis. I didn't see that the sandwich has sesame seed due the the breakfast menus stillbeing up on the signs. The manager also told the employee that was taking my order that he was acting slow by now answering myquestions. She needs to be fired or for Undercover Boss to go to this location! I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone atall. I started to cancel my order and go to McDonald's but I felt bad for the employee's. Read more
The store was filthy (even behind the register area where they prepare everything). We waited a while for our food and when we... received it, the burgers were cold. We saw an employee go outside to smoke and he did NOT wash his hands before returning to thesandwich line. I saw they were very short staffed (only 3 employees and 1 manager), so maybe close your dinning room and dodrive thru only? Read more

Went to Burger King, Lights were off at 7:30 in the parking lot. Asked why? They told me they didn't know how to turn them on... since they were automatic. Get my food go home. When I start passing out food find that mine was wrong. Ordered a Bacon King, NoKetchup or Mayo(Plain). Drive back when I pull in to the kiosk tell me to wait a moment when no one else was in line ahead ofme. I explain the situation, they tell me to pull around. From the window I can see the Fry Cook getting upset about something,hoping it's not about me. See him make the sandwich of the person behind me without issue. Fry Cook get's more agitated, Cashieris laughing at something. See him working on another sandwich slaps ingredients on with a lot less care then the firstsandwich. Puts it in the bag and it's taken over to me. I check the bag, sandwich is already half unwrapped in the bag. Checkthe sandwich no bacon. I look to the cashier the cashier comes over and looks at the Cheeseburger and says "You said you wantedit plain didn't you?" in a sarcastic tone. I get flustered and leave. Terrible experience, and a little unsafe with the parkinglot and drive through being pitch black. Read more
