The service was really good, our waiter was super friendly, & the atmosphere was good as well. My biggest complaint was my food.... For how much it was, it was not as good as other restaurants. We probably won't be going back. Very expensive, & the menus werevery limited & a little confusing. If you are going there just for steak, then you won't be disappointed, but if you thinkthere's more menu options other than steak, reccomend to go elsewhere. Read more below... I couldn't get over the warm taste. ????Then we ordered our food, we were served bread & butter which was a good filler before our dinner. The butter was not flavored,just regular butter, would have been better if it was honey butter or herb butter. We both ordered salads with our meals, butour salads were really small portions. (About the size of a Wendy's small salad), a little disappointed. By that time, our foodwas ready & served. There was no napkins or condiments on the tables so I had to ask for napkins & at least ketchup for myfries, they did give us an adequate amount of napkins. Our food... My friend ordered a nice sized steak with fries, it lookedreally good, he said he really liked it. Everything was extremely over priced, so I just got a burger, which was alsoover-priced. My burger looked so good, but when I tasted it, it was the most bland tasting burger I ever ate! ? There was noseasoning or flavoring to my burger! There was also no sauce on it so I had to use the ketchup that I asked for to also put inmy burger. The worst part was the toppings, there was definitely something wrong with the bacon! My husband and I went to our local Longhorn for lunch on our day off together. We had many morning appointments and when they... were finished, we were starved! I said that soup and salad at Longhorn sounded delicious. He said that a burger sounded good tohim. So, we went to the perfect place! Sammy, our server, was so great! We ordered water because we were both so thirsty afterall that running!! My husband said she "may-as-well" bring a pitcher! So, she brought us two glasses each!! :) She thensuggested an app that we hadn't tried, and we took her up on it while we ordered our lunch items.(Try their cheese stuffedmushrooms!!) That was an excellent meal. There was a mishap with my husband's burger but it wasn't wasn't problem at all. Our server was... fantastic! She was on the hussle! Our server Miss was on the ball doing door dash, tending the bar, waiting on tables out in themain area. This girl didn't miss a beat. I wish I remembered her name. Worked first shift, today. September 1st, 2022. Bar anddoor area. During lunch. I say her, but the manager was even helping. (I had overheard) a mess up with the to go meal and thatmanager, fixed it right up. This was one of the best meals I have ever gotten at a steakhouse. The 8 oz sirloin,baked potato and salad could not have been... better. The service provided by Olivia rates 5 stars too! The steak was cooked exactly to order and was hot and juicy. The bakedpotato was fresh and hot. I feel most meals I receive at chain restaurants fall way short on service and quality of food but theLonghorn delivered well on this visit. Read more
Our first ever visit to Long Horn today. Worth going. This place is clean and well maintained. The seatings were distanced... according to the covid19 res so felt safe. The staff is very good and Amy helped us selecting our dishes. She was nice. Istrongly recommend the starter of Chicken fire ... something wrap I forgot the exact name but it is that one starter which ismentioned in reviews everywhere. It so tasty omg and the avocado lime dip which comes along with this starter is so so so yummm.The wraps are so delicious. It is a steak house but we do not eat steaks so we got chicken tenders and shrimps with rice. Therice was little salty. Otherwise Everything about this place is good. The decor will catch your attention. They also have a barinside. I also liked the seasoned fries. It was really seasoned well. The home seasoned fires are unlike side of fries which weget anywhere else this are well seasoned and comes hot. The dessert is good and comes in generous quantity.
