Went to other Olive Garden on Underwood street in Zanesville ohio Around 5 PM were there not even a 1/2 an hour we received our... salad we all started to eat in it me my mother my daughter finished our salad and my fiance was still working on his, ended upsaying what is this and looked down and hear what it was was a dead baby cockroach inside of his salad Do not go there and eatunless you want cockroaches in your food the manager also wanted us to pay half of our bill even though we didn't even finishour food we didn't even get our foods that we orderedI ended up saying no I'm not paying for that and left I caused a littlescene making sure everybody in our section knew about the cockroach Read more
My son struggles with a medical condition called ARFID (avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder), and one of only five foods... he is able to eat is the grated cheese from Olive Garden. This location has been wonderful about allowing me to purchase thequantities of cheese my son needs so we can have it available to him at home and not have to be constantly going to get it. Itried to buy the cheese from a different Olive Garden location today out of convenience because I was in that area, but I wasmet with cold rudeness from the manager when I tried to explain the situation, and she refused to sell me any amount of cheese.It was frustrating but reminded me to be grateful for the understanding and cooperative staff at the Zanesville location, whonow know who I am when I call or go in to pick up the cheese and how it’s literally of life-or-death importance for ourfamily. My rather large family descended upon Zanesville Olive Garden last night as the meeting place for a celebratory birthday dinner.... Twelve of us, to be exact. The staff, our server more specifically, was so kind and accommodating. The food was fresh and tasty.The breadsticks and salad were plentiful. And our drinks were always full. We had a great time! This restaurant looks recently remodeled inside, which is nice! The staff were mostly women, your typical Midwestern variety, ... clean, pleasant and pretty. The food was fresh and hot. I was not pressured to buy a bunch of stuff. The food arrived in orderand on time. The server showed up right when we needed her and did all the unspoken things you'd expect. Read more
