I love the chicken avocado sandwich (can't remember the exact title, lol). It's really, really good. My favorite thing to get.... The service is good, just not as traditional, the structure of the restaurant is just different. I like the traditionalsetting better, but that's just me and doesn't affect how good the food is ????. Worst Panera I've been to altho I always like their food. However.... Limited selections. Counter staff is apathetic. ... Cashier was too busy on her phone to acknowledge that I wanted to buy something and when I finally got her attention she was soclueless as to the shelf products I had to point and explain what I wanted... 3 times. The broccoli cheese soup was great, the mac and cheese bread bowl was great. What made it special, was going to the restroom. It... was filthy around the commodes. And in the commode. You could tell that to commode had not been brushed in two or three months.It was scummy Read more
The Mediterranean bowl I got had not a single leaf of arugula, making the bowl look so sad. The worker was nice enough to get me... a bowl of arugula. But if I had gotten take out and drove all the way home, I would of been hella mad. Read more
I don't often give out 1 star reviews but for a store that advertises itself to be a bakery, they CONSTANTLY run out of simple... items like cookies anywhere from 3 to 6 pm when they are open until 9. There have been other times that I try to visit andthey're out of regular menu items too. I keep trying to give this place a chance but unless i go before 3pm i will bedisappointed. Read more
Always have a good experience here. Service is quick, usually pretty clean, cool temps on a hot day, quiet, and food is good.
My three star is for the place and not food. The food was very good, clean and fresh also yummy. I had concerns about the... cleanliness and protocols regarding covid-19. The places or joints opened to dine it should be very careful regarding keepingthe interior clean. We dine in, we were there for an hour, in the whole hour no staff came to clean any table after the customerleft. Our near by table was occupied when we sat on one of the table, they left in 10 minutes, another group came and sat thereafter 10 mini, and like wise it went on. Tables were not cleaned after any of the guest left in that 1 hour. Many customers camein and left, tables were filled on after the other but none of them were cleaned between leaving and seating of customers. Itmade me worried for my self and my family now as I sat there too, I doubt my table was clean. I request the manager and thestaff to have a look at the dinning area once a while. $14 for a ice cold chicken sandwich and a medium Pepsi.. are you kidding me? How do you knowingly hand someone a cold chicken... sandwich? These kids working at food places are pathetic. December 8, 2022 at 8:45pm is when my order took place. I expecteveryone in there to get chewed out because that is absolutely unacceptable.
