Called in to place an order and waited forever on hold then was given a very high price over the phone. Placed an order for the... exact same items online and was $30 cheaper, my guess is they were either trying to get me to not order food or trying to stealfrom me, either is unacceptable. Website said 30-45 delivery time, after an hour the delivery tracker says it was still at thestore. Called and the store said the order was ready but they didn't know when the driver could bring it so we changed order tocarry out. We went and picked up the food and it was cold as ice, our pizza was wrong and they don't give us sauce for our wingsor bread sticks. I haven't been to this pizza hut n a couple years because their food and service was consistently bad but Ithought maybe they had improved, I was wrong this pizza hut is just permanently bad and should be shut down, obviously thepeople who work here have no idea how to make food let alone run a business. If I could give it a negative stars I would. Ordered at 10:50 an gt it at 12:25pm. To only get my pizza mashed together at the... edge of the box like it's been thrown around. I will not be going back that's a waste of money. Read more
I would appreciate it, if we could get our whole order when picking order. The food is good. Just do not like having to make... multiple trips to pick it all up, as we have had to do more than once this year. This next item has nothing to do with thestore, just a product in general. I like ham on my pizzas once in a while, but the little strips(?) are always hard. PersonallyI prefer slices like the pepperoni is cut. Read more
Ok so to start off we were door dashing and they took forever to get us the food. And then they started running their mouths to... my boyfriend in their workplace. I just wish they wouldn?t be so petty and try to start drama when they should be making thefood to get out the door. Very upset with the management. They really need to figure something out. Read more
