This was the WOST costumer service I have ever witnessed in my life. And I have worked in costumer service for years. All 3... employees were bluntly rude. Not showing any emotion at all. Me and a few friends came in 30 MINUTES before close and they actedlike it was 5. Whoever was working august 27th 2022 closing shift, should really get retrained on consumer service. The place was clean and the young man very friendly who made our subs. But prices seemed to have went up and with everything... going up it?s understandable but as I was getting ready to check out I handed them my footlong coupon and was told abruptly bythe girl checking me out, ?We don?t take coupons!? Wow! How disappointing! Trying to save money with all the inflation andSubway sounded good but I guess we won?t be back to this subway anytime soon. ???? Read more
I recieved coupons in mail I love subway so I stopped to use my coupons, I was told they don't except coupons!!!!!! Only 2... stores do , one out east by airport rd, and one in crooksville, needless to say, with gas prices over 4.00. I was not going 20miles one way so I bought 2 subs and chips, I went to use my points card and they said the cash register reset its self and Icould wait 10- 15 minutes, I was really upset and said this was not exceptable, last time I will go to this subway. Food was great, always made the way I like it, no matter if it was online ordering or walk in. Great place to get a quick bite... to eat fast. The ladies at the Crooksville subway are really nice as well, always a pleasant visit when I walk in. Read more

Nice little subway. This is owned and operated by local. Store is clean and veggies are fresh. Employees are nice and welcoming... and generous on quantity we asked , will definitely recommend or come back if I cross this area again. Read more
