We're out of towners. The location was quite busy, Sunday about 7:20PM. Brunette female we assume was manager apologized for our... wait. She upsized our drinks as thanks for our patience. Food was not just warm but piping HOT. Also the most perfectly cookeddouble chicken grilled cheese burrito I have ever had (cheese stayed on burrito not all over paper and they omitted sour creamas requested). Great experience. Read more
10 pm. We get there theres 3 kids in uniform outside talking. Then we pull up to the speaker, and one of the guys says ?we?re... down for 20 minutes for maintenance?. We left, came back 20 minutes later, once again the boy said ?we?re still down formaintenance for 20 minutes.? Yet, the same kids were still outside talking when we came back the second time. Store is filthy dirty. Restroom is dirty and when you turn the faucet on to wash your hands, it sprays water everywhere. We... always go to maple but their dining room is still closed from covid so we came to south town.. Never again. Read more

Went here tonight to get my family dinner. We usually eat her. At least 2-3 times a month. We have never had any problems .... Tonight was a total different story. Pulled up to the drive thru. First thing, I was told was there no chicken for the newchicken tacos. No potaots, cinnamon buns, or chalupas. I said okay. I order one of the Doritos taco. 1 t aco supreme meal with 2 of th taco without cheese. A burrito supreme meal and it came with a taco supreme. 2 more taco supremes. Chickenchipotle melt. 2 drinks. I got to the first window to pay. The guy there was complaining about it had been there since 1/00pmand now it is 9:30 am. So I paid them went to the second window and the girl said are you the order that was messed up? I saidno she read and seen what I order and said that why I got. So she closes the window. The manager hands me out a bag and 2drinks . So I got home in my bag was a burrito supreme a chalupa supreme. That they told me they were out of . Lol. And 3dortio tacos. So I called back. To tel them what I happened. Never said I am sorry or anything. Just wanted to know what I wasmissing so I told her a chicken chipotle melt 2 soft tacos with out cheese. 4 more regular taco supremes . She said you comingback after them tonight. I said yes I have ppl that want to eat. She said you ahve to come through the drive thru. So went backand after sitting in line for another 10 minutes for the second time got another bag of food and she did say she wa sorry thistime and took my receipt .
