Food was barely warm, service was less than friendly, inside was dirty won't be back
I asked for Baconator fries and got what you see! ????
This location needs training on how to process mobile orders. The app says to go through the drive through, the drive through... forces you to walk inside to get your order. Not a great experience for the customer. Read more
My food had hair in it (a sandwich and a potato) and the lady at the front was very rude because the manger over the phone did... not give us a name and we showed that we called. They didn?t give us a receipt and instead of the lady at the front getting themanger she wanted to stand there and fight with us while the other workers were making comments. right off the bat she had anattitude. This is the second time going there in a week.. first time they forgot some of my order and I had to wait in a LONG line to get... the rest of my kids food.. Tonight the fries were cold, no straws and no sauce.. I've only lived here for 6 months.. when wefirst moved here we NEVER had a problem, now it's like get it out the door no matter what! They can't seem to make their sandwiches right. 3 attempts now and they still don't know Jr cheeseburger deluxe comes with... lettuce and tomato. You would think they would get it right after bringing it to their attention but no they remade them wrongas well. SAD. Read more
The food is as good as any Wendy's but the service is so SLOW! I'm not sure why but if you order more than a drink it'll take 10... minutes almost every time. I'm pretty sure the the staff here has never used the muscles in their face to smile. How couldWendy's corporate even let this place be in business. Read more
I get food from this place every week. Love the chicken sandwiches. Asiago is my favorite.
