First, drive thru lady was rude. Second, our food was wrong. Third, when we got our Buffalo chicken sandwich it looked old and... soggy. The lettuce was slimy and brown. Forth off, the lids were not on the cups all the way and it ended up spilling on me andin the car. The sodas were nasty with no CO2. The tea was old and not sweet. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Read more

Do not leave the drive thru window of this Arby's until you have thoroughly checked you order. Four times in a row now I had to... drive back thru to get multiple missing items I had ordered and paid for. Can't say if the staleness of the food I've receivedwas because that was how it was given to me or because I had to wait in the drive thru again. I understand it is hard to hire,but the people who work the window here are also VERY unhappy people with a dead look in their eyes. I can tell they are workingunder duress. Makes me sad and uncomfortable to go back. I've been going to this Arby's for over 20 years and left good reviewpreviously. I'm sorry to take it back. Sad, sad, sad. Read more

I frequent this location and have consistently had issues. Most recently, today I used the drive thru to pick up lunch on my... lunch break. I get back to work to find that half of my order is missing and I have half of someone else's order. I have nevercalled when this happened in the past, but it's very frustrating to continue to deal with the same issues on a regular basis. Icalled and was told to bring the food back if I wish to receive any kind of refund for the portion of food that was incorrect. Ido not have time to go back to the restaurant so that they can fix something that was their error. My family will no longer besupporting this business. Read more
