I would advise the public not to give business to this particular Subway. They did not give me a refund when I order a sweet tea... and they didn't have any sweet tea. They had a sweet tea container but they were not willing to make anymore and told me to geta soda instead . I told them I don't drink soda and I ordered a sweet tea. I told them since you have the sweet tea containerout I assumed you had sweet tea so I would like to have a refund. But they told me they don't do refunds. The manager ofWalmart made it right by giving me a sweet tea. But word of caution to anyone visiting this subway, this subway will rob you . Read more
This newly remodeled store inside WalMart is truly a poorly run location...from employees who obviously untrained in some of the... most basic services including the cash register...it took three different ones to ring up the daily special for $5.49....onlywhite or wheat bread was available...all of this is made more frustrating since the employees spoke so low and soft makingdifficult to communicate....a very small selection of chips to choose from and several fountain drinks where out....to makematters even worse...sometimes up to 8 WalMart employees were taking most tables just sitting and Loudly talking and laughing asif this was there personal break room... Selected no tip from the credit card scanner. Still put a $2.05 tip on charge. Didnt realize it till after I paid for it. Walked... right back and they said there was nothing they could do. Thats called theft Read more
Sandwich made with little meat and half filled with no meat covering bread & was not made as requested. Had to take back and... wasted time and gas to have sandwich remade. Will never go back to that one in the Walmart again customer service very poor. If I could I would give it a ZERO!!!! Read more
I stopped by this Subway location this evening and I ordered 3 footlongs - I saw a fly land on TWO out of three of my sandwiches... and I mentioned this to the server (Michelle) who was preparing my order. When I mentioned this to her she replied ?I?m sorry wedon?t have any control over that.? This put a disgusting taste in my mouth especially... hear me out, she put both of the substhat the fly had landed on back into the bread rack. SO DIGUSTING.
