Rude and immature girl. Kids running the place which is great if they had a responsible adult helping them. Girl didn't even... wait on me, but was telling them that i got my receipt and questioned what i order.after waiting a half hour in line they foundmy receipt on the floor. I almost can't put my finger on what makes this BK better than any other BK in West Michigan... well almost. If I had to... guess, it primarily stems from the location of this establishment. It is in a very religious community and the lack of CrystalMethodists, working at said location, bodes well. Unlike most West Michigan locations, this restaurant is staffed by actualDutch teenagers, who's ancestors probably immigrated from the Netherlands centuries ago. Like the actual knights who joust atMedieval Times, these Germanic teenagers are able to create burgers reminiscent of a time long, long ago. The employees at thislocation are young and very immature, but compared to every other fast food joint, they are highly functioning and have neverlet me down. Read more
The website and the BK app both say they?re open till 11 pm every weeknight. We drove all the way over there at 9:00-9:30 pm and... the light were all on and the drive thru menus were all lit up. The automated attendant greets us and asks us what we wouldlike to order. We made our order and nothing happened. I kept saying hello? And finally a voice says we?re closed. NICE! We drove all the way believing what the website and app for THAT SPECIFIC LOCATION said. Went to WENDY?S where their websitesays open till 12 midnight and they WERE open. Great food! Commonly go through drive through here. We now take bets on how long it will take between placing order and getting food. Last... two times it was nearly 10 minutes with nothing special ordered. Order was incomplete causing me to drive through again. I gohere because they are still about the fastest place in the area after 8pm on a Saturday. Read more
ok. i never write reviews but im just baffled because all of our food was sitting on the counter, took a while to give it to us,... our drinks were halfway filled, and got no straws or napkins. i understand being a teenager working in fast food because so doi, but i know how to please my customers and make sure no one is upset at the service they were given. Don't usually eat this but it was my birthday and I really wanted a double cheeseburger. Burger King has always had the best... double cheeseburgers. Was not disappointed. Fresh, hot, and delicious. Nuggets were tasty too. Read more
Fry container was not full with a single stray in the bag. Fries were cool and beginning to get a weird combination of both... stale and soggy. No napkins. No utensil for the pie. Missing sauces. Whole lot of wrong for a single order. Read more
This used to be a fine location--pretty standard fast food drive thru service. But now... it's hard to tell if it's open (sign... was unlit for several weeks), and food isn't always hot, the service is OBNOXIOUSLY slow with two customers, and communicationneeds improvement (clarity and courtesy). In other words, other reviews about unclear drive thru situation, waits over 10minutesfor simple orders, and teenagers in need of more training before holding down the fort alone are accurate.
