Website has a combo for $20. Even with taxes and an extra topping it shouldn't be more than $23, but apparently the same combo... ordered on the phone costs $34? Then the cashier's answer is "you ordered some black olives?" What kind of bs pricing andexplanation is this? Either fix the website or get your training straight. Jets pizza is a must have when you need a true Detroit style pizza. The crust is always crisp and chewy with perfectly crisp... cheese. Try it "well done" for even more crispy chewy heaven. Also, don't forget to order "bold" pepperoni to make it a realDetroit style treat. Read more

I've gotten deliveries from this store for the past 3 yrs and today they tell me I'm .2 miles out of their 5 mile delivery zone.... I've picked up from them before but nice change of policy. The girl that took my phone call was rude and service has been goingdownhill for awhile anyways. Going to stick with Don Petrinos from now on. Not supporting them any more. Read more

Very nice, fast and efficient. I always order a small deep dish cheese after work and have had no problems with any of my 10+... orders. Delicious pizza and will always choose Jets Pizza over any kind. Thank you Jets for being awesome! Read more
I was excited to tell my husband that our first child is going to be a boy, so I asked if they could spell out ?it?s a boy? with... the pepperoni? she girl on the phone assured me it was something they could do. I got there and confirmed that that?s what washappening and they said it was going to just say ?boy? which was fine. It got the point across. They bring it out fifteenminutes later and I open it to find this? this is not what I ordered or wanted. Why would I ask you to write it on the box insharpie?? I could do that myself. They get two stars because the pizza was good, but they also get two starts because I talkedto three people, one right before it went into the oven, and still had to walk out with this. Ordered a delivery. Got a call back that they won?t deliver to this area because of an incident in the area. It wasn?t me! Three... and a half miles away and refused to deliver.
