When I first came to Ziggi's I was so impressed with the staff! The gentleman that we first had talked to my 3 year old and... carried on a conversation with him. He hadn't had that happen anywhere else, they all slightly brushed it off and talked to me.Also they absolutely love to craft a drink for you and it is the cutest most comfortable atmosphere. It was my first time in and the staff were absolutely delightful. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful, especially the person... who helped me. I don?t remember their name but they had glasses and their hair up, and i think it was kind of reddish in color?Anyways, they all had wonderful customer service and everyone deserves a big raise. Staying at the Avid Hotel next door. Hit the drive through so we didn?t have to drink ?hotel coffee?. What a mistake. The... hazelnut latte I ordered for my wife was overwhelmingly sweet; as if to cover up something. Then I tasted my medium roast with 2creams. I found the taste they were trying to cover up! It tasted like they scraped the sludge off the bottom of a coffee potthat had sat on a burner too long, added water, and stirred. Wanted to go back to get a refund, but my lovely bride said Iwasn?t allowed to offend anyone this early on a Sunday morning. Read more

I have been here twice since they opened yesterday the drinks are amazing and the staff are very friendly. Although most of them... are still learning they can still put out drinks and food in a timely manner.
