Ordered ahead online and were the first customers in the restaurant. Grabbed food and sat down, then a little cockroach crawled... across the table so we quickly switched seats. Opened my order and discovered that my chicken was missing from the bowl. Broughtit up and the lady immediately threw it away and made a new bowl. This bowl was ice cold and Drowning in sauce. Basicallyinedible. My friends food was fine so she continued eating until a second roach crawled towards our table. At that point weasked to speak with a manager. He came over, looked at the roach (did not kill it), looked at my food and was incrediblyunapologetic. He offered a refund but seemed to be annoyed with the entire transaction. Wanted to try a new place, we ordered take out. The food was delicious, taco salad and burrito bowl. They offer lots of choices... and our food was perfect. Price is very reasonable. I got around to trying Bubbakoo's today and it was very good and the employees were pleasant and helpful. The prices were on par... with other Tex Mex places. There was a mess on the floor where something had spilled and it looked like its been there a awhileso I removed a star. It is fairly new and I get the feeling a lot of the employees are still learning the system. I willdefinetly try them again. Read more
