Ordered ahead online and were the first customers in the restaurant. Grabbed food and sat down, then a little cockroach crawled... across the table so we quickly switched seats. Opened my order and discovered that my chicken was missing from the bowl. Broughtit up and the lady immediately threw it away and made a new bowl. This bowl was ice cold and Drowning in sauce. Basicallyinedible. My friends food was fine so she continued eating until a second roach crawled towards our table. At that point weasked to speak with a manager. He came over, looked at the roach (did not kill it), looked at my food and was incrediblyunapologetic. He offered a refund but seemed to be annoyed with the entire transaction. Best new spot in town! Talk about great food and even better customer service. Ed is an amazing young man with great social... skills and urgency. Heather was the funniest and is the reason I shall return! Jenny was the low key executioner with greatsuggestions. The food is delicious and fresh! Wanted to try a new place, we ordered take out. The food was delicious, taco salad and burrito bowl. They offer lots of choices... and our food was perfect. Price is very reasonable. If you're in Zephyrhills and looking for something new to try, you won't bedisappointed. They are big portions. Found a new place to grab a quick bite, we will be back. Read more
I got around to trying Bubbakoo's today and it was very good and the employees were pleasant and helpful. The prices were on par... with other Tex Mex places. There was a mess on the floor where something had spilled and it looked like its been there a awhileso I removed a star. It is fairly new and I get the feeling a lot of the employees are still learning the system. I willdefinetly try them again. Read more
Awesome place to grab a healthy flavorful lunch or dinner. Great and courteous staff. My girlfriend and I stopped in today for the opening. Everyone was friendly and fired up and busy. We had a burrito bowl and the... General tso tacos, everything was fresh and the meat hot. It was all pretty tasty and we'll come back. This was opening day soeverything I figure was at its best, if the regular days stay close to this. They should do good, good luck guys it's a goodstart. Really good and a lot of food. Taco bowl was delicious as well as the taco salad. The shell was very tasty.
