Just ordered 2 ten piece chicken wings and this is what they served me. This is unacceptable.
Ordered 2 Chili/Cheese dogs with Onions and Mustard only. At Drive Up window I pay with cash and the girl working (Tag said... Assistant Manager) Can't give me all of my change back (coins) because she says she only has a Dime. I Say Okay, but I meanREALLY??? No Change ?? How about you go to the Bank everyday like millions of other businesses do to ensure you have change. I own a Retail store in the area, and I would give my customers their items for free before I would not give them all theirchange. Additionally I am one of those Businesses that goes to the bank almost daily to ensure I have Change!!!! It is calledMANAGING A BUSINESS!!!! Now In addition to being ripped off by not getting the change due to me back, I get home only to findthat One of the Chili Dogs that I ordered with Onions & Mustard only has so Much Ketchup on it that I can Taste nothing else.Literally drowned in ketchup to the point that I could not pick it up and eat it because the roll was so soggy from theketchup. Cold food. Snails pace service. Rude cashier. Got the entire order wrong. Single soggy strip of bacon on a $7 Burger. And what... happens when you have your order corrected? MANAGEMENT calls you a liar to your face! You heard me right. The ONE universal rulein customer service weather retail or food service absolutely eludes management! (For those unfamiliar the rule is that thecustomer is ALWAYS right) The MANAGER instead of apologizing or even making an excuse and gaining respect and 3 more stars onthis review decided to instead at no benefit to him, the cashier, or the company to infer that I would lie about my order, afterwaiting 8 minutes to receive it!!!
