I really Fkn hate this location they NEVER make my order corrrectly NEVER have fresh bagels or donuts mostly every time I leave... I get angry on the drive home trying to eat what I just bought and severely disappointed I just throw everything away and hold agrudge towards Dunkin! 301 DD in the gas station serves way better quality food and service. Love my Dunkin' Donut coffee all day long if I could but sometimes they have employees that you can tell they don't want to be... there so they give the customers bad service or they are very cold when attending to the customer Read more
I did a door dash order for a hot chai tea and for some reason the contents was coffee not tea. I can?t stand the taste of... coffee and it almost made me sick. The sticker stated chai tea but that is not what I received. The rest of my order was fine. Read more
We went in to order a dozen donuts at about 3pm this past week and not only were they out of almost everything. But I couldn't... get the Two Egg sandwiches I wanted. They wouldn't make them. Funny because I've had them at other DD. The worst was when we gothome to North Lakeland about 20mins later we tried The ones we did get and they tasted old, almost stale. drove up to buy coffee and egg croissant said no cheese drive up to pay and heard the cashier repeat my order to someone inside... after a few minutes I get my order and drive off just to find CHEESE on my COLD egg croissant would go back but instead I willnever revisit this store. I have never had a problem at this Dunkin. The lines are long at times but ? America Runs On Dunkin? so it?s understandable I go... every day for a caramel iced coffee that I am so addicted to. I?m glad this one is so convenient to me right up the road. Thestaff has always been very friendly to me and they seem to know most of their customers. Way to go Team Dunkin. Read more
Went to order munchkins and was asked if I wanted one flavor or a mix. Ordered a mix, and only received two flavors. Was also... asked if I had a mobile order at the window as if they didn?t know what I ordered legit minutes ago. Very confused. I haven?tbeen here in a while and I?m very disappointed that they didn?t have any others as well as they didn?t seem all that together.They literally had glazed and unglazed and that was it. So I sent my coworker to pick up breakfast, ordered and paid via the app and when he arrived after waiting 20 minutes he was... told sorry we gave your food to someone else, We'll have to remake it. So he waited another 20 minutes and then came backmissing half the food. He returned to the store and told them what was missing from our order and they literally grabbed thecold food that was sitting there 35 minutes and said oh yeah here it is. Needless to say I'm done with this Dunkin' Donuts. Read more
