Went to Jersey Mike's in Zephyrhills last night....line of customers inside...4 employees there...only 1 doing any work...this... employee was on the grill working..other 3 employees staying in back area. Customers were walking out so I do not know what'sgoing on this shop. Did all 3 employees go on break at the same time? First time experiencing this kind of behavior at thisshop. I left as well..wanting just 1 item..waited 28 minutes..nothing being prepared...line getting longer . Hopefully someonefinds out what's going on. Read more
Let me brag on this crew for a minute! They are amazing! I?ve worked with Chefs that couldn?t handle the amount of pressure that... was put on them tonight. Very polite, respectful, and apologetic for our weight because they ran out of bread. I?ve worked infast food and 4 to 5 star restaurants and have seen people walk out when customers get upset. But they did not instead theyapologized and explained the situation and kept smiling the whole time. And as soon as the bread was ready worked as a team topush out about 10 orders in record timing! Someone was about to walk out and they saved the customer with their kindness andsmiles so him and his family sat down next to me and waited for fresh hot bread. Please management acknowledge these guys andall that they do because this team is rare and if I could I?d hire them right now to work for me! Read more
Eat here about once per week. Always Turkry/Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. LOVE the bread and turkey here.
So I got around to trying a Jersey Mikes and it wasn't bad except for a few issues, they seem a little high priced compared to... other sub shops and didn't really seem to follow directions when i ordered my subs to go. I ordered a BLT with American cheeseand mayo for my wife and what I received was a bacon, mayo and cheese sub, I don't know what was difficult about that butbasically my wife received a bacon sandwich which was very upsetting. The other 2 subs were steak and cheese and they tastedvery good. The establishment is very clean and well kept and for the most part the employees are pleasant. Food taste, quality, and price were 5-star. The service provided by the 2 associates in the front was 5-star. I ordered... online. I drove from Dade City to pick up my order which was to be ready 15-minutes from the time I placed my order. I paid infull online. I arrived at the store 3 minutes past my pickup time on the ticket. Neither sub had been prepared yet. I sat inthe dining area and waited an additional 15-minutes before my 2 subs were completed. I'll probably go back again, but I willnot pre-pay online. If I arrive and the subs are not ready at the specified time- I'll just walk out. No loss to me if I havenot pre-paid. Read more
