Absolutely the worst McDonald's in America! Every time I go here my order is wrong. Waited to pay at the window while everyone... was having a good time talking and laughing. I always pay for food I do not get!!! If you call them about missing food they tellyou that you can come back and get it. Yes because I want to make 2 trips to get food. I ordered a large fry and got med. halffull do I got a small. No straws or napkins but hey i guess they put lids on there for nothing. I won't go back to Zhils McD's until they get it together! 27 min in line is ridiculous! They record from ordering to payment...... Waiting to order& final delivery can not be called a fast food place! Sry, but I like one block away& I never intended to spendmy evening in line there! Nor my morning! i am really tired of not only this mcdonalds but all mcdonalds right now? 2 different times i was given a bigmac without the... bigmac sauce & some diet drink i didnt ask for. Not only that but i spent my whole lunch break waiting in their drive throughline just for them to get my order wrong?. do better. Read more
I'm tired of going to McDonald's and them not getting my order right. Especially after I told them 3 times and the woman saying... what I ordered and handing me my bag. Got home (and I don't live that close) and come to find out it wasn't my order. I hopewhoever got my order is enjoying it because I'm not enjoying what I got. McDonald's does this alot. They need to get they're acttogether or hire smarter people. It's not that hard of a job. You put people's food in a bag and hand it to them. How hard isthat. Apparently hard enough seeings how they do it all the time. They're lucky I'm giving them 2stars. They don't even deservethat. Read more

I?d like to give a higher review but it seems like there is a continuous lack of attention to detail. I often have missing or or... incorrect condiments, missing straw, forgotten drink, or cold food. I just got my order from DoorDash and my large fry is prettymuch empty and I was given sweet and sour sauce when I requested bbq sauce. I just had to spend another $15 to get just friesdelivered. This McDonald?s owes me at least $15. I just got my replacement order and the fries aren?t even fully cooked and aresoggy. If McDonald?s contacts me to apologize and refund my money I would be happy to update my review. Read more
Crispy chicken wasn?t crisp. Maybe was sitting for a while. Fries we?re not hot and not salted enough and not properly packed in... the sleeve and not crispy. Disappointing for sure. Read more
