We really enjoyed going to this Panera until yesterday. My husband took a couple of bites of the chicken sandwich he ordered... and told me that it was ice cold. I felt it and it felt like it was frozen. He took it up to the counter and the person whowaited on him said, "There's a microwave over there, you can heat it up." We didn't expect anything free or a new sandwich, butthe least they could have done was heat up the chicken on the sandwich for him. It wasn't like we were sitting there for anextended period of time and our food got cold. The center of his sandwich was literally still frozen. I told the young lady atthe counter who waited on us and she just said sorry, that shouldn't have happened. We won't be back. Read more

We ordered a duo of Mac and cheese with a Chicken salad sandwich, a Toasted cheese sandwich, a blueberry muffin and 2 drinks.... The muffin was the only edible item. The Mac and cheese was very pasty like glue so that was thrown away. The chicken salad wasmore like a celery sandwich and the grilled cheese was dry and tasteless as if they used a cheese that wasn't real cheese sothat was not eaten either. To make matters worse the line to order was long and the girl must have been overwhelmed because shewas very curt. Read more

Fuji chicken never fails. Blt turkey sandwich on the other hand is a no go. Sliced deli meat. The bread is good. That's it. It's... down time. Mid afternoon. No one is cleaning the dirty tables and trash in the dining area. But I'll be back. Read more

Love their food but it is pricey and the portion sizes are small. Also, the last time I went, they were out of EVERYTHING I... tried to order...no broccoli cheddar soup, no flatbread for the pizza, etc. It was only 7:45 and I thought it was terrible forthem to be running out of food more than an hour before closing time! Worst experience. Ordered a huge corporate order and went to pick and wasn?t ready because they forgot to make it. Waited... another 40 min and were blamed it was our fault for not calling and confirming. When I returned because 2 items were missing themanager told me there was nothing she could do because she knows the food was there. After explaining I wasn?t trying to rob her$15 worth of free food considering my order was well almost $200 and the poor employee didn?t have her items to eat she said shecouldn?t do anything for me. She got the other employees to disrespect me and get loud with me when I wasn?t yelling and havinga conversation. So the managers there I believe were Tiffany and amber can?t remember there names but definitely should not beIn Customer service or representing Panera. Will never do a corporate event with them again. Called corporate and was tolddistrict manager would call me in 48 hrs. 3 weeks later and no call. Disappointed is an understatement Read more

I love Panera, no complaints about the food. Great service too. I ordered food around 12pm today which was busy time of course... and I waited 30 minutes for my food inside. I don't mind the wait, more importantly I think it is really sad to hear howmiserable your employees are. They deserve more help making food and running the store. They were extremely stressed out. Ididn't see the big manager in the trenches helping their staff either, which I feel is the worst part. The general managershould be present during busy rushes and not leave the employees to fend for themselves. Do better for your employees Panera.Great food, great service. Need a better atmosphere for your workers. Read more

Color me surprised....as I'm not a Panera regular. Truthfully, I've always figured they were a bit pricey and I can find similar... if not better tastes for better value elsewhere. So, when a dear friend invited me to try the one in Zephyrhills I was willingto taste the experience. I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl salad. I was assuming it was a Greek-like salad or similar. You canadd chicken, but I did not. What I got was a very pleasant surprise, indeed. It was a salad, but very very different. Not yourusual 'you can get anywhere' salad, either. My salad consisted of Cilantro lime brown rice and quinoa, arugula, grape tomatoes,Kalamata olives, cucumbers, hummus, lemon tahini dressing, feta and Greek yogurt. All these ingredients blended into awonderfully flavorful and savory mouth-watering meal. I was intrigued at the complexities of taste notes and how they interactedwith each other. The aroma and taste were on point! I'm now willing to head back to Panera Bread to see if there's anythingELSE I've been missing?? Yum. Read more
