Food wasn't great and it was slow UPDATE.... Met with and Spoke with the G.M. Brittany. Nice woman that has to deal with some... workers that are green and don't stay long enough to learn how to follow procedures. She's genuinely sincere about providing anenjoyable experience at the restaurant. My wife and I are going back to check it out soon.. Stay tuned ???? Read more

The sandwich wasn't at all like the posted photo. The fries were cold and to me the fry oil looked like it was old past its used... by date. Did get a reorder on fries they were about the same. Overall experience with the food was putting it on the fastfood list with burger King and Wendy 's. Read more
We went for a special occasion, ordered 2 mixed drinks and waited and waited and waited till we chose to pay for drinks and... leave. Should have known from the get go the hostess was busy talking to a woman, sitting at a table, right by the entrancedoor, ignoring us as we were in line. There were literally three customers in the whole place. Our server, spent her time in theback doorway with the rest of the servers, chatting it up. After asking for more time on the menu, to read it..we waited andwaited and waited, apparently catching up is more important then waiting on your paying customers. Our waitress Cindy was wonderful and very attentive. The salad bar was so fresh and delicious. Every time we looked up Barbara... was stocking it up and changing the dishes with new ones. They both did an excellent job!!! Read more
This was my first time dining at Ruby Tuesday yes I said it first time! The experience was awesome. Abby M. was calm, patient,... and respectful. We could not make up our minds as to what should we order. Abby M. just started however she suggested what wasthe popular. The Ruby Relaxer is a great drink to start with. She was very polite very... courteous and very patient with us As we were asking questions About the food menu. The food was great. Front staff was friendly was seated where I requested outdoors. Waited more than 20 min for waitress to come to my table. Seemed... rushed was in a hurry to take my drink order and come back with it. I waited 20 minutes I knew what I wanted and I asked her totake my ordered. Waited 15 minutes for appetizers and utensils were dirty. Waited another 15 to 20 minutes for entre. Waitressseemed in a hurry to give me my check and collect money while I was still eating. Doubt I will go back! Read more
