This is BY FAR the worst Sonic I've ever been to. I'd actually be embarrassed to own this location. Either you come and wait... almost an hr for DRINKS, or the drive-thru and every stall is closed. I strictly do online orders ahead of time and still waitno less than 45mins. The turn-around rate must be astronomical as I never seen the same people "working". I've actually hadorders placed and came to pick it up with the establishment closed, on a Saturday night. I wouldn't recommend this place to anenemy. Every time I come here there's a blonde girl with an attitude the first time I came through drive-thru she kept asking what my... order was every second before I could even order it and I politely told her to please hold on but consistently kept asking andeventually got mad and just wouldn't take my order spoke to a manager that day and they acted like they couldn't find out who itwas as if they don't know who has a headset on and who's taking orders or not today I went up there to order and guess what theycan't hear me when I speak into the speaker the girl comes out and has an attitude and asked me what's my order with an attitudeso I just said an order and left why would I order food from rude people makes me think that they're going to do something to myfood I won't be back here ever again it is what it is Read more
Terrible experience on the whole. Ordered (2) foot long coney hot dogs with mustard, ketchup, onions and relish, but received... to foot long chili dogs instead. I did NOT want or order CHILI ! Ordered (3) Slushes R44, received (1) Slush and (2) MeltedDrinks instead, ugh ! Also asked for some sides of Syrup and received NONE. It never fails to amaze me how Fast Food placesconsistently mess up so many orders, when its the easiest job in the world, which basically means the kids working there reallydon't care or pay attention to their jobs properly... The WORST food I've had at a! Sonic! The hot dog was cold, the tater tots were NASTY and the burger was cold! We ordered Coke... Zero and it was VANILLA Coke Zero..if it was even Coke Zero! NASTY NASTY!! Would NOT recommend!!! Read more
Strongly do not recommend coming here the customer service is horrible you'll be waiting anywhere from 30min-1hr for your order... and that's if they even remember your order. I ordered a slushy and waited 45mins for it, Just to get home and find a bug in it.I was also previously warned by a employee at this location that there are roaches in the slushy machines and to find out thisyoung man wasn't lying leaves me in pure disgust. Placed our order then waited 30min at the front of the line. People behind us were getting their food, never heard a word from... the staff except the time they brought us someone else's order on mistake. We never did get any food.... just left hungry. Read more
This has got to be one of the worst places to order food in the area. On average, it takes so long to get your food. The... drive-thru is a little better than waiting at the stalls, since the stalls are frequently broken in some way or just notattended to as much, but either way you're looking at long waits for your food or delivery pick up. We paid about $40 bucks for a small popcorn chicken (which comes with like 10max tiny pieces of chicken) 2 small milk shakes and... 1 meal. The food wasn't good just basic bland food. The positive was that the service was good and fast . But for the prices Ifeel like the portion size and quality isn't worth it. Read more
