I always order online. So I go there and say I'm picking up and there are several people in line, (no problem, I can wait, even... though it's past the time it says it's due but that's the onlines problem not the in house) so she said it'll be a few minuets.I tell her I'll wait at this tabel and when it's done to call for me. I wait another 15-20 minuets (now 30 minuets past due) torealize my subs were made and set on a shelf. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager so I left and didn't take mydrink that I paid for. Subway as a whole needs to better themselves, the manager was bad, the online is bad, the customerservice email they give was bad. The sub was good, but the employees were a mess. One lady was yelling at the younger staff member saying that she couldn?t do... everything herself when the girl was clearly busy with a customer. The nice elder lady in the register was really nice andrespectful. Please consider hiring more people like her, i didn?t get her name. The other two were completely awful, and made mefeel really stupid. Read more
I enjoy eating here when Donna is working. She is super friendly, ensures the establishment is clean and always positive. They are hit or miss. Last time I went the sandwich was great - fresh ingredients and a decent (not plentiful) amount. Today I... ordered through the app and they called to tell me they were out of provolone cheese. When I got home, I discovered thereskimped on the toppings and left the lettuce off completely. Friendly staff was making sandwiches...welcomed us as we entered front door...there is a koala kare changing station in the... women restroom but not the men's (where are the single fathers supposed to change their infants/toddlers?)
