Service was lacking , employees were playing around instead of taking orders . I had to yell for attention so they would take my... order. After over 5 minutes I was finally assisted. Not busy at all but lazy employees ruined my visit . Food was good. Read more
This is a new Store. You would think that they would go above and beyond to satisfy their customers... not the case! I spent... close $20 and they messed up my order. First of all, they do not take orders at the counter! You have to order through theKiosk or go through the Drive-Thru which is awful! I tried to Order On-Line before coming to the store but the website washorrible ????! I was not able to complete my order because there was not options for me to make adjustments to my order. I didnot want sour creme or tomatoes and I wanted xtra-ground beef on the side. They are willing to sell me the beef on the side for$.80 cents but not available on the website or the Kiosk. Then there was not enough ground beef on the side to be charged aquarter let alone $.80 cents. Then the remaining order was messed up and they had to remake the whole thing. Of course becauseof COVID-19, they cant take the food back and asked me to throw it away in their trash can. Just an all around bad experience! I will think twice before coming back to ths Taco Bell! I?m actually shocked at the bad reviews here. Stopped here a few days ago and it was probably the best Taco Bell I?ve ever had... which seems weird to say but the food was hot and fresh and the employees we came in contact with were very nice. I actuallywent back yesterday and today (Saturday). Food is fresh and staff is nice every time. I?m too happy this is 5 mins from home :) Read more
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell or any restaurant for that matter. To take my order and basically... told me I had to order my own myself and when I asked if this was a new policy because the store on Gall Blvd still take ordersfrom customers, the kid just kept saying "this is a franchise, you just have to order yourself, you just have to order yourself"Then they left a customer standing there while I was waiting for my order and no one ever told the lady she had to order homefood until she waited for 10 minutes. Not even an acknowledgment when you walk in the door to greet you pleasantly so that maybeit wouldn't be so bad that you have to place your own orders on the kiosk. I will never go back to this Taco Bell. I could giveit 0 Stars I would but unfortunately Google forces us to give it at least one star. Read more
I got two Cantina burritos from the drive thru. The initial interaction was ok as the staff person was nice but the... follow-through was not. I asked if the order was correct and sauces were in there and she said yes she was sure. I had a feelingand checked as soon as I could and sure enough they were not. I went back and the person was no longer at the window and I hadto wait for the person making the food. It was only 3 min. Food was also very haphazardly put together. First of all sit in the drive thru forever for a Mexican pizza to find that I didn?t receive a Mexican pizza but just two... tortillas with red sauce. I go to the lobby the door is locked. I am amending my previous review from 1 star to 5 stars. Went through drive thru to pick up an app order. I waited until I was... home to examine the order. Every item was dead on perfect. The Taco artist who assembled my custom vegan order was a master athis/her craft and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Taco Bell Artisans. Very disappointed in this taco bell location acrossfrom the home depot on sr 54. I always prefer to order via the taco bell app to avoid any communication errors when placing acustomized order. This way It is all spelled out in plain English on the order ticket used to construct the food ordered. TodayI ordered 3 cantina tacos customized. They left off the onions and tomatoes. for some reason they get upset when you asked for fresh french fries! The first time I asked for fresh fries they gave me old... ones was and got upset when I returned them. The girl got smart with me repeatedly said it would take 10 minutes to cook frenchfries I waited 15 minutes and finally reach out the food and ask for my money back. I tried again today I reiterated I wanted myfries hot another manager came to the window stating that they cannot do cooked order from the window I would have to go insideand that it was going to take eight minutes. I told her OK but I didn?t want to make the customers behind me wait and she saidit was against store policy to bring out food.
