My husband and I had green smoothies which tasted like water. I understand ingredients are frozen, but I?ve had way better... drinks in the past at Jamba Juice where you can actually taste the ginger. I felt I wasted my money on the smoothies. Thechipotle chicken wraps we got were a bit dry. I wanted a fork to eat my salad with and I was told they had run out. Especiallywhen you have quite a bit of menu items which require a fork to eat with..why would you run out of forks? I won?t be coming hereagain. Read more
I love tropical smoothie but this location has had so much turn over. Not friendly staff. Not they can't even open on time. ... So I ordered ahead and couldn't even pick up a smoothie I paid for . Called back later to ask for a manager and they aren't sureif he's coming in. Man. I really wish they could get it together. I have come weekly for a year since opening day but now it'sfalling apart. Horrible service. First time coming here and will not be back. Even if you are short staffed you have the ability to communicate... with your customers. We waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for 2 WRAPS. No drink- no side- nothing complicated - just2 wraps. Nobody communicated with us or told us what was taking so long or even bothered to apologize for the wait. Brought ithome and there was no Caesar in the Caesar wraps. ??????????? Update: Upon calling the manager I received a sincere apology andan offer to remake. Does not take away the negative experience but worth mentioning. Read more
There was one guy working while training new employees and he was still polite and timely with the orders, it?s employees like... that, that make a company successful. I?m sure he was stressed but he still gave excellent service!! Luis was his name and he?sdefinitely an asset to the Tropical Smoothie team!! Read more

When this location first opened had great service and experience. Went today first time in awhile and service was very slow (20... in drive thru mins in line for a smoothie.) When I pulled up to the window young women had an attitude literally said " what didyou want" in addition part of my order was missing, never offered a side with my quesadilla and two options I tried to orderthey were out of. I had to knock on the drive thru window twice in order to get someone and receive the rest of my order. Idon't plan returning. Find some new management and employees. Read more
To begin with, I like tropical smoothie. This location has been steadily declining though. After today's visit, I think I'll be... going to another location. We ordered online and arrived a few mins early. So we expected a bit of a wait; however, we ended upwaiting an additional 18 mins. There was only 1 other customer in the store. Maybe they had a lot of online orders. The waitwasn't a big issue though. The food and smoothies were easily some of the worst I have ever had. I ordered the peanut butterparadise with strawberries, it was just blended ice. Barely enough ingredients to give it any flavor at all. My wife ordered theAcai berry boost, same thing. Super lightly colored and 90% ice. Now, the food. I ordered a Baja chicken wrap. Exactly 3 piecesof chicken, 1 slice of onion, about a tablespoon of rice and packet with lettuce. All I could taste was the wrap andlettuce. Why didn't I send it back... it was a to go order. We didn't notice until we got home. Extremely disappointed in howpoorly this location is doing nowadays. I retracted my one star review for 5, simply because we customers were heard. I had bad experience after bad experience when... Alex was absent. But kept trying because this is a great place for lunch. After about a month of awful service and food I?mglad things are back to running better than ever. Read more
