The food we received was well cooked and correct and tasted great. The peppermint frosty was not as flavorful as to be expected,... I would suggest skipping on the frosty. The cashier was nice and professional. The chef in the back seemed a little rude and waseating and drinking near their cook station. Overall, the experience was about average and could have been better. The upsidewas that the location seemed very clean. The major downside was all the construction going on, which isn't their fault. The drive thru staff are always pleasant. However, on the day we decided to dine in, the staff was NOT pleasant. One young lady... dressed in managers uniform was very rude. She actually was in the face of an elderly gentleman and asked; "What are you staringat." He was just waiting on his order. I say he was elderly and I'm 62. She was a very light blonde with a high ponytail. Theinside of the store was not clean. Almost all tables were dirty and the garbage was overflowing out of the receptacle. I swear every time I go I say it will be my last time but my kids like the food. (If its fresh and done right) This location has... staff that have an I dont care attitude. They are not friendly nor do they seem to care if they get the order correctly. I havebeen disappointed during breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don't understand how people that choose a this type of job and then doso poorly at it, oh wait I know they still get paid even if the customer is unhappy. I feel for these companies and owners tohave to get poor reviews because the staff doesn't care enough to give good service. Picture below was supposed to be asouthwest salad. Ordered breakfast this morning and I confused the guy at the window when I wanted to upgrade my beverage to a large with my... combo. He had no idea how to use the POS system and asked another team member to help him. The new guy helped with one tothing, with massive attitude, and walked away. The original guy that took my order still fumbled with the POS until I droveoff. Not a good idea to put 3 guys on together that have no clue what they are doing! (Another guy just stood back andwatched) Not to mention the inappropriate music they were blasting in the kitchen so loud that I could hear it with my windowsup and my own radio. Read more
