Nice atmosphere. Greeted warmly by the owner. Worth going inside to see the old paraphernalia and bar. The smoked brisket and... pulled pork were very good. Read more

Fun and funky place for BBQ if you're in the Mt. Hood area. Large outdoor patio with a stage for live music and an extra... bar. Texas style BBQ made in their own smoker. We ordered the sampler with the mac and cheese and beans on our waitress'recommendation. Everything was very tasty. The beans were unique with red kidney beans with more of a chili based sauce, thanthe usual sweeter baked beans. We enjoyed local Oregon beers with our meal before touring the unique interior at the hostess'suggestion. Read more

Great quirky place. Vegetarian friendly - got BBQ tofu. Feels like you stepped into a 50s enchanted magic house. Servers are... friendly. Only problem is there’s no cell signal at this place nor do they offer wifi. Read more

The atmosphere of this place was simply amazing. So many different things to look at and areas to explore. The food was great!... Service was excellent! This would be a great place to hang out on a cool summer night as the outside accommodations looked warmand inviting. You can tell this place was very popular because as soon as they opened the place filled up with customers. Definitely a must stop location for lunch, dinner or just to have a couple beers. I give alot of fives out, but this place really deserves it. Cannot stress that enough, the food and drinks were amazing. Had... the small Moroccan coffee, the brisket ludicrous and a cup of mac and cheese. The cheese was all from Tillamook and the brisketwas amazing! Try all the sauces for a dollar. Don't know what the other reviews were talking about, the service was great. Read more

Mac and Cheese with Brisket is delicious! We also got the Sampler but the brisket there isn't as fatty as the ones in the Mac... and cheese. I also got the Fried Grit Cake, which tasted okay but it was a little too greasy for me. Our take-out order tookpretty long to get ready. So make sure you call earlier! Read more

Cool place. Rustic and festive. Very casual. Very friendly staff. Small menu. Basic American food. Some meat-free options. Fun... appetizers like fried pickles - delicious! I think they specialize in hand fired meat. You can order meat by the quarter pound! The meat was fresh and smokey and delicious! It reminded me of cowboy cooking when I was a kid in Montana. Fantastic! Read more

After doing some hiking trails up near Mount Hood this makes a great place to stop and get some good BBQ. The food is pretty... good and the service was super nice and friendly. I’d definitely stop here again for the food! Also definitely try all threeof BBQ sauces because each is very different and brings a different wow factor to the meat. Read more
