We have been multiple times. Service is always great, the staff is friendly and experienced. Their mojitos are amazing. The... appetizers and sides are delicious. The desserts are heavenly, the Crème brûlée is better than at Manny's steakhouse. Thebrussel sprouts are so good I didn't even eat my burger on our first visit. The restaurant took off so quickly, because it is sogreat, that they are still figuring out demand. Honestly with how many restaurants close down quickly, I'm thrilled they aretrying to find a happy medium between having too much food without running out of food for the night. Wow this was a fun surprise! Wasn't sure what to expect, so came here with an open mind. The food was FANTASTIC. We ordered a... couple of beers, spicy cheese curds and then dinner. We were too full for dessert so we'll have to come back for that. Theprices seemed higher than some places around here... Worth It. The portions were huge and the food was so good. Clean, great food, amazing service, and very cool environment. Started things off with the Spinach and Artichoke dip, which was... phenomenal. For the entree I got the Smoked Ribeye that came with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies, we also ordered the PulledPork Sandwich which came with chips. For dessert we tried the apple cobbler a la mode. Everything tasted fantastic and Heatherwas such a great host. My girlfriend and I had a great time, hope to be back soon. Read more
For being a small town this is by far the best place in Zimmerman. We loved the cocktails and meat. The Brussel sprouts were... worth it and the Mac and cheese. The potato?s were my groups least favorite but everything else for sure made up for it. It?sworth the half hour wait!!! Just go get a drink from the bar. Read more
Seriously, D?s Smokehouse was fantastic! I smoke my own meat so I think I can be a tough critic. I haven?t found a smokehouse... that competes with homemade?until now. The chicken was a 10/10. The brisket looked fatty (typical of briskets) but the fatmelts in your mouth?another 10/10! But the ribs! Might be the best ribs I?ve ever had. All the sides were perfect! Super excited to have a fantastic BBQ place in our area. The staff were all incredibly pleasant and professional. Service was... quick and our server checked in on us multiple times. This quaint little smokehouse in Zimmerman Minnesota has lots of great options and amazing flavors. Our waitresses Heather was... super friendly and kept up with our large group. We started with their special cheese curds, super hot when they came to thetable. All of our meals came to the table steaming hot. The Mac n cheese was creamy and the potatoes have great flavors. Theprime rib is a must have. Kids get a nice menu and some crayons to keep them busy. This business is off to a great start. Read more
1st time visiting this restaurant with our niece's family. The service was over the top! Our server was funny and professional.... The smoked wings with dry rub were to die for. I ordered the Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich with a side of Mac nCheese. Unbelievably delicious, I could only finish half of the sandwich. Huge portion for a decent price.
