Apparently the concept of customer service is lost on today's youth. Placed a phone order at Papa's. Upon arrival was... witnessed by three or four young wait staff members entering the business. However no one greeted or acknowledged my existencefor nearly 5 minutes. One other couple in the restaurants finishing dinner, no one else in the place. After reading reviewsand deciding to try this place out, I think I'll try the other Italian place in town next time. Read more
Tasty sauce and decent meatballs. Ordered the larger size of spaghetti and portions can depend on who you get (if you are doing... order pickup). Kids meals are well priced and well portioned. Overall a nice place to stop and I would recommend. Not a fivestar due to inconsistent portion sizes when ordering carside. Read more
Food was great! Better than that, was Jade our server. We have never been here, Jade offered to give advice about the menu... without hesitation. She was polite, courteous, and could banter with the best of them. Not only that, is she RAN that floor.People came in and she acknowledged them, while doing six other things with a smile on her face. Drinks were never empty, wewere checked on multiple times, and she did it all with the vigor and energy that is rarely seen by someone in their early20?s. Jade - thank you for being fantastic. I go here at least once a month with my grandma and I have to say I love the atmosphere in Papa's Italian. The waitress is a... doll and is always on point with what you need. The food is make in a pretty good time and they also have a mini buffet (around4 or 5 items) Soups are out of this world!! They also serve wine and some beers I strongly recommend this place if you want tojust sit and relax without a concent stream of people going in and out. Read more
