Did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a cake batter ice coffee and got a regular ice coffee. Drive through was very very... slowly. I understand that drive throughs are convenient but they don't have to be very slow. Read more
This place is horrible. Don't go here. This isn't the only Dunkin in the area so go somewhere else. I went today and asked the... employee how many of a certain donut they had. The young employee guy in the drive thru stated they had 4 so I said okay I'lltake all 4. He then stated that he couldn't do it because it's for customers. I said I am a customer and want 4, what does hemean? He then said it's bad for business. What he means by that I have no idea because it's 3pm and who wants donuts this latein the day? Why not just sell them to me when I'm a paying customer? I feel discriminated against and will never go to thislocation again!! Read more

The staff at dunkin donuts DO NOT pay attention to the customers orders. Every time time I go there they can never get the... order right. How does 8 creams sounds like 3 creams and how does 5 creams 2 sugars sounds like 6 sugars and 3 creams. Theyreally need to get retrained or give them a chart of the numbers so they don't mess up people's order. Read more
