Ordered online, pizza never delivered. Tried to call store unable to get through. Tried to contact store through customer... support and was again disconnected. Have sent e-mail to customer support for refund. Not much hope, based on telephone support. Read more

Very incompetent store. Received half of my delivery and they wouldn't redeliver the missing items. I was told I would have to... pick them up. When asked for a refund, the person said they weren't able to issue a refund and that I'd have to wait for ageneral manager to do it the following day. I am still waiting to hear from them. Won't be ordering from this place again. Read more

Won't ever spend another penny here! Might not ever go to a Pizza Hut again. Terrible service! Hopefully you will take our... advice as a blessing. To think we even tipped for a carry out order. Read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I got a gluten free pizza took it back to my campsite just to find they didn't cut my... pizza. So I called the store to let them know I talked to the assistant manager who told me they don't cut the gf pizza. Iexplained that I ordered one less than a week ago and it was cut he explained that was wrong. I asked for a refund on my pizzahe said he can't refund a pizza that was made correctly. So I said fine refund the one that was wrong that was cut. He wouldn'tdo that either. He said if I brought him the pizza back he would cut it but other than that nothing. He also ended our call bysaying "I can't deal with this right now" so I hung up. Not only will I not go back but I really urge everyone else not to gothere. Also it was fun to watch an employee prop open the back door to smoke then go handle pizza. This location clearly doesn'tcare about their customers! Read more

I was craving a Pizza Hut deep dish meat lovers pizza tonight. Do, I made an online order to the Zion, IL location. One hour and... forty minutes later, this like warm jewel shows up. This location must be run by morons or monkeys. Stay away from Pizza Hut inZion. So, since the pic doesn't seem to want to upload, just know that a piece of pizza, and half the toppings, were stuck tothe top of the box. Pitiful. Read more
