This store provided great service! The sub was super fresh, made just the way I like it, and staff was very friendly.
When we came to this location it was not busy. There was 3 people in front of us. There were 2 employees working that night.... They were actually about to close, or at least it seemed like they were. They had an attitude when we came in. The women is theone who took our order and she was getting frustrated that all of the meats were put away. I understand they want to get out ofthere at a certain time, but I really think it's not good customer service to have that the meats piled up they way she did. Itdidn't seem like it was proper food handling. Its frustrating when they are trying to rush us out of there, but get mad when wecannot hear or understand what they are saying. Went there today. Asked for double meat got lil to much than what i asked for. Got it for my boyfriend lunch for work, didn't... want it to be messy for him. The lady wasn't listening to me what so ever. After bringing the sandwich to him for work, he opensup the sandwich and it fell apart, he had to eat his sandwich with a fork and knife. He threw out the other half of thesandwhich. I played 11 bucks for his sandwich he couldn't even enjoy it. This place needs better listeners, especially when acustomer ask for something. With hard times going on , this place doesn?t honor any coupons. Looks like it doesn?t care about the community located at. You... would think to have at least have a sign stating that it doesn?t except coupons, but it doesn?t. Shame on you. Read more
