The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I use to love this location but the last two times I have gone my soft taco shells... had not been warmed or anything and they just crumbled. Then the last time I went my order of cinnabon delights were stale andnot very warm. Otherwise I like this location. The line gets long sometimes but usually goes pretty fast. Friendly staff. Mexican Pizza is back....AND Cinnabon Delights in a 12 pack?! Y EXCEPT for the fact that when I got a few miles down the road... towards home I found that my Cinnabons had either been overcooked OR MORE LIKELY sat under a heat lamp for entirely too long. When I came back later to get some more, I let them know about the earlier order and was told they were out of them until thenext delivery. I'm in the restaurant industry, so I get it, but you can't serve bad food. If it's no good, toss it. Don'tpush it off on a paying customer. Read more
Inside was closed so we had to go through drive. We ordered some $35 of food, stopped after receiving to check that it was... there. We were missing two spicy potato soft tacos (they gave us more normal soft tacos instead) and all burrito items wereeither mislabeled or not labeled at all. We went back through drive to let them know and get the correct food. Manager claimedall food was there (no it wasn?t) but started remaking items and getting it all back together for us. Just that would have onlybrought my review to 4 stars BUT: when they handed us back the food, they completely forgot to add one persons order back intothe bag. We had to go BACK through drive and wait behind several cars because inside was closed. If someone?s order was messedup, shouldn?t you take a bit extra care to make sure it?s not messed up again? It almost felt like they did it to spite usbecause the manager seemed upset claiming everything was there (when it wasn?t and was completely mislabeled or not labeled atall so for folks with dietary restrictions, it is IMPORTANT not to mess that up). We chose Taco Bell because we were limited ontime when we should have instead picked eating at the ?El Mariachi? restaurant nearby because it would have been full servicein less time than this took us. Is there a reason that all of the lights are off at this establishment at 10:30 on a Wednesday? Is there a reason that this... location is closed an hour and a half before their advertised hours on google? This place tends to keep wacky hours. They willoften be closed for really no reason at all at all times. Their drive-through will randomly be closed off with orange cones forno real reason. The lobby has been randomly closed for no real reason with the drive-through being the only option. I reallythink the employees at this location just turn off their drive thru menu lights at times in an effort to divert customers andmake people think they?re closed. I think they must think people are too dumb to recognize this? This is a corporate company soI?m not sure who is making odd hours at this restaurant given that they rarely align with the hours that are posted on Google.Whoever the management is at this location clearly does a poor job and keeps an inefficient work place. I showed up after a long day driving simi truck and was rudly told the drive through was closed so like all other taco bells I... walked up to the window and was rudely told they wouldn't take my order that I would have to use the app to order and then pickit up at the drive through window not sure what the difference is especially since when my order was ready I had to squeezebetween the drive through window and a car to get my order then when I asked fire sauce I got attitude not sure why lobby wasn'topen they Said they were short staffed but yet there was at least 5 employees in their I used to work for taco bell and wealways had 4 employees on drive through and lobby was open. For a Taco Bell, the food came out decently fast at this location. I feel that there were minimal fries in the container... compared to other locations, but overall everything was fine. Read more
